Tasmanian Apple Casserole - Canola, Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Lactose and Soy free

Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 kg lamb, diced
  • 2 tblspns plain flour (Well and Good)
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 3 apples, diced
  • 1.5 cups apple juice (Kalangadoo Organic)
  • Half cup fresh mint, chopped (I didn't have any so used a quarter of a cup mint jelly)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add lamb, onion and apple to slow cooker.
  • Mix flour with apple juice and pour over, add mint, salt and pepper.
  • Cook on high for 5hrs
