  1. I made this last night for the first time.
I didn’t have corn so I used frozen peas instead, also I only had 300 grams of beef mince so I substituted the rest with sausage mince. After browning the mince I then cooked some diced red capsicum to add as well. I served it with grated cheese as suggested and a dollop of sour cream. The leftovers today are awesome ????

  2. Made this tonight for dinner, my husband and 18 month old loved it.
I did make a few changes to the recipe:
-added capsicum which I fried with the onion and mince
-only used one can of diced tomato
-added about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
    -added a beef stock cube
Served with corn chips, cheese, avocado and sour cream.
Will defiantly be making this again!

  3. Loved this!
Popular with the whole family 🙂
I also added diced capsicum, and doubled the mince and we now have plenty leftover to repurpose into another meal 🙂
    Thanks for sharing!

  4. Enjoyed every mouthful ? mild hint of spice with the taco seasoning…. I used 300g can of 4 bean mix as I didn’t have kidney beans..modified with 1.5 cups water and used the filled can of tomato puree end result smiles all around ?

  5. Made this one again tonight at request of master 12 who recently had surgery..and not big appetite…
This time I doubled the quantity of mince using 500g beef/500g pork mince… also one jar of pasta bolognaise sauce instead of the puree and 140g tomato paste. 2c water. Every mouthful was delicious and leftovers for other meals win/win !

Oh my made this tonight was sooooo delish, will definitely be a winter staple, if you want to add more veggies you could easily add grated zucchini and carrots.

Master 15 is crazy about this recipe! I have made it many, many times since joining this group. I always use 1kg mince, today I added two cans of each vegetable ingredient as per recipe. Cooked in SC low for 7hr, also added 2tbsp tomato paste as well as 1 can tomato soup ?
