Melt in your mouth meatballs that all the family will enjoy!
4 hrs 25 mins
500g lean mince (I used Coles 5*)
1 grated carrot
1 grated zucchini
2 tbsps tomato sauce
2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 jar pasta sauce of your choice
1 tin salt reduced tomato soup
1Combine pasta sauce and tomato soup in the slow cooker, put on high while you prepare the meatballs
2Mix the rest of ingredients together, then roll into golf sized meatballs and place them gently into the sauce.
3DON'T STIR, otherwise they will fall apart.
4It's ok to sit them on top of each other if you can't fit them all in.
5Once all are in, put lid on, cook for half hr, then swirl them gently through the sauce.
6Place lid back on and cook for 3-4 hrs on high or 6 hrs on low.
7Serve on spaghetti or pasta of your choice with a sprinkle of grated cheese - enjoy!

So decided to give this recipe a try today only problem is stupid me didn’t notice that the bulk of the ingredients are to be mixed in the meatballs. Seeing as I already had store bought meatballs decided to give it a try by just combining all the ingredients into the sauce, omg can’t believe how tasty the sauce as become so rich and spicy. Think I may stick to doing it this way lol
