Made this tonight substituted the chook for 2 kg bag drumsticks. Cooked on low for 5 hours and YUM!!!

I cooked this last weekend. I put in the oven for the last 20 minutes to brown up the skin. Wife loved it. So juicy and moist.

Makes the best gravy ever! Chicken is beautifully seasoned. I had never use sweet chilli sauce before because I thought it was hot. I am now on the hunt for other recipes that use it.
