Ingredients
 

  • 10 large apples your choice
  • 2 cups of no sugar apple cider
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon,
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg,
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove powdered,
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt,
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla or 1 vanilla pod

Instructions
 

  • Chop apples andmix all other ingredients together put in slow cooker on low for 12 hours.
  • Put in sterile jars in awater bath for 10 minutes tocool.
  • Enjoy on toast or pancakes or your favorite breakfast item
