Soft Caramel Fudge

Ingredients
 

  • 2 x 375g Nestle White Chocolate Melts
  • 1 can top-n-fill caramel
  • 2 tablspns brown sugar
  • 1 teaspn butter

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on high, stirring every 10-15 mins.
  • It should blend together to a thick blob of fudge.
  • Pour into baking paper lined slice tray and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into preferred shape and size.
  • Enjoy in moderation.

  1. I have never made fudge in my life..but thought id give this a go! Was very simple to do and they turned out great…my son wants me to make more.
    I opted to put mine in skull silicone molds,just for quickness and to save me having to cut it up. Worked a treat!

    This was a great way to make fudge, other tasks were completed instead of having to stand and stir and watch. Fudge turned out great and would be a definite do/make again.
