Slow cooked prawns fish and vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 500g frozen peeled prawns
  • 1 kilo frozen barramundi fillets
  • 500g frozen Asian vegetables
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1: place oil in slow cooker.
  • 2: skin fish and cut in small pieces.
  • 3: Place prawns fish and vegetables in slow cooker.
  • 3: Season and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low.
  • 4: serve with your favourite pasta rice or potato recipe.
