EmailTweet 5 Full-screen Slow Cooked Hoi Sin Duck 4 Ingredients or LESS!, Duck June 4, 2018 Slow Cooked Hoi Sin Duck 0 0 5 0 Slow cooked duck with the flavours of Hoi Sin 🙂 Prep: 30 mins Cook: 5 hrs 30 mins 30 mins 5 hrs 30 mins 6 hrs Yields: Serves 4 adults Ingredients1 size 24 Duck Hoi Sin Sauce Cornflour and water Directions1Cut off excess fat from Duck. 2Rinse and then dry thoughly with paper towel. 3 Brown Duck breast side down first then brown the other sides. 4Take Duck out and coat in Hoi Sin Sauce. Place on trevit in Slow Cooker. 5Turn on high for 2hrs then low for 3hrs. 6Carefully lift out of Cooker and place in oven at 180deg fan force for 30mins to crisp up. 7Pour liquid in jug and put in freezer for 10mins for fat to form. 8Remove excess fat and pour juice in saucepan and thicken with cornflour and water.
