Sausage stroganoff
Sausage Stroganoff for your slow cooker
Serving: 2
Ingredients
- 1 packet of small beef sausages
- 2-3 Tbspn tomato paste
- Squirt of American mustard
- 3 tspn beef stock powder
- 1/2 c water
- Pepper to taste
- Mushrooms
- Half an onion
- Container of sour cream
- I also added a good squirt of tomato sauce to balance out the mustard flavour
Instructions
- Pop everything in sc and cook on low for approximately 4 hours.
- I cooked the pasta on the stove top and added at the end.
- We had extra fresh veg on the side.

Made this tonight for first time. It was good! Alot better than I thought it would turn out. I was time poor and put it on high for 2hrs.
