1 large Potato
2 large Sweet Potato
1 cup of mixed frozen veg
A handful of mushrooms sliced in quarters
1 tin of tomato soup
1 tin of crushed tomatoes
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
A dash of soy sauce
A dash of sweet chilly sauce
About a cup of bbq sauce
Rosemary, Thyme and a bit of Ground Tumeric and Pepper
1Boil sausages for about 10mins to get all the fat out of them. ( you dont have to do this, you can put them in raw, frozen or cooked if you like)
2Add all veggies, sauces and sausages to slow cooker.
3Put the lid on and cook on low for 6hrs or high for 4hrs
