You will need baby wipes or a face washer to eat these! Very messy but beautiful!

Ingredients

Pork Ribs

Dry Rub

1 teaspoon each of:

garlic powder

paprika

ground coriander seeds

five spice

ground cumin.

Salt and pepper to taste and

enough olive oil to make a paste

(Rub onto the ribs and then leave for 24 hours. I vac packed mine and then froze them with the rub on)

Glaze

1/2 cup rum or bourbon

3tbs hoisin sauce

1tbs molasses

3 tbs cider vinegar

4 teaspoons soy sauce

3 teasp worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1Mix all dry rub ingredients together and rub onto racks, marinade for 24 hours if possible.

2Slow cook pork rib racks in slow cooker for 4 hours on high, remove from cooker and lay on a oven tray.

3Put all glaze ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil.

4Simmer until 1/3 gone and thickened.

5Brush with glaze on both sides and put in oven pre heated to 180degC.

6Brush with glaze every 5 mins or so until you are happy with how much glaze is on there.
