Roast pork
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Roast Pork
- Olive oil
- Garlic diced
- salt
Instructions
- Place pork into the slow cooker and drizzle olive oil onto the fat
- Rub diced garlic and salt all over
- Cook for 4 - 6 hours on low
- Once the pork is cook, cut the "crackle" off the pork and grill until crispy

I would personally cook one of that size for more like 7-8hrs though

Could you cook this on high? If so for how long?
You can do some high to speed it up yes but low and slow is ideal for best results 🙂
Loved this, so simple but so much flavour. The meat was moist and cut beautifully into slices and the gravy was great. Fantastic crackling.
This would be fantastic to take to a family dinner.
