  1. This was absolutely amazing. I just didnt add mint as im not a fan of the flavour but it was such a huge hit with my family.

  2. I made this tonight, had a 2.5kg leg of lamb (bone in) cooked for 9.5 hours. As I was at work all day I didn’t get a chance to shred lamb just made gravy with juices in microwave. Carved lamb and dished up like traditional roast lamb. OMG so good. I don’t think I’ll be doing roast leg lamb any other way from now on.

Everyone ate it (4 & 7 y/o) and was Very pleased to be having roast lamb mid week.

Thank you, this recipe is AWESOME ?!

  3. This was so yummy, I followed the recipe exactly and turned out fantastic. Will definitely be making again.

  4. Can I cook this longer than 8 hours? I want to try a roast but most of my work days are 9.5 – 10 hours with travel time..

  5. This was delicious, my first time trying it, so I did 3hours on high 4 hours on low and it was pretty much ready. I put pumpkin in the air fryer for 15 minutes and put it on my rolls with the lamb. Absolutely delicious. Everyone ate it. Can’t wait to try again but we’ll mix it up a bit with slaw on slider rolls. Mouth watering.
