Ingredients
 

  • 2kg roast camel
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1/2 litre beef stock

Instructions
 

  • Place roast in slow cooker.
  • Chop spring onion through over same with garlic.
  • Pour stock over.
  • Put on low for 8hrs
  • Add gravy power to some stock
  • Serve mash potato and pumpkin

  1. Where do you buy camel? Specialty butcher? It it expensive? My hubby loves lamb but I find it fatty and would love to give this a go.

I have some camel steak pieces coming tomorrow I will slow cook them this way I have camel burgers and mince coming to there is said to be cures in camel meat going by the benefits of camel milk on my sons autism I believe that the meat will be the same camel milk is the closest to breast milk roll on tomorrow ?
