Ingredients

2kg roast camel

3 tablespoons minced garlic

2 spring onion

1/2 litre beef stock

Directions

1Place roast in slow cooker.

2Chop spring onion through over same with garlic.

3Pour stock over.

4Put on low for 8hrs

5Add gravy power to some stock

6Serve mash potato and pumpkin
