1Mix marg/butter with garlic, to make garlic butter
2Mix ricotta cheese & spinach to make filling
3Spread garlic butter over one side of 3 rash's of bacon, cut slice down middle of chicken breast to make pocket, fill with ricotta cheese filling, wrap bacon around chicken breast.
4Put chicken breast in slow cooker, on top of veggies (of choice) cook on low for 6 hours
