6 Cups Chicken Stock
500g Red Lentils
1 Onion diced
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 Tspn Cayenne pepper
1Place all in slow cooker on high for 4 - 6 hours.
2Before serving add 1/2 cup lemon juice and a bunch chopped Coriander.

Gorgeous soup, my kids love it and had many compliments when I made it for my sons football team on a bitterly cold Scottish morning, highly recommend.
