  • Yields: 30-40 pieces


2 bags of white chocolate melts

1 tin of condensed milk

Raspberry flavoured jelly crystals

Red food dye


Metal spoon


1Melt chocolate and condensed milk in slow cooker

2Stir with a metal spoon every 10 minutes, cooking on high for 1hr

3When a smooth even mixture has formed, add 1/2 packet of jelly crystals and stir

4Pour into lined baking dish

5Whilst mixture is still warm, add a few drops of food dye and swirl with a toothpick

6Place in fridge to set then cut into desired shapes

Needs minimum 400g of white choc – I’m guessing they meant 250g bags.
