12 slices of brioche bread
40g packet of sultanas
1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs, whisked
1Cut each slice of bread into 9 cubes
2Arrange all bread in bottom of 5L slow cooker
3Scatter sultanas on top of bread
4Combine all other ingredients and pour over bread and sultanas
5Mix gently to coat
6Cover with tea towel trick and cook on low for 1.5 approx or whenever egg mix has fully set around pudding
7Serve with a creamy vanilla custard or ice cream

Yes just reduced the bread slices if need be to what fits 🙂
