5 small potatoes (cubed)
3 cups of vegetable stock (This is made with water not just the stock)
2-3 pinches of curry powder(optional)
Half of a small bottle of cream
Spring onion (it's only for the topping, so don't need much)
1Peel, wash and cut potatoes
2Add potatoes,vegetable stock, curry powder and pepper to slow cooker(1.5)
3Cook on high for 3 hours
4Blend when cooked
5Add cream and stir in
6cut some spring onions and put on top of soup(in the middle)
7Soup will be really thick, you can add another cup of water if you want it less thick.
