Ingredients

Sliced potato (8 large/ 12 small)

250g Diced bacon

Cup of Grated cheese

600ml cream

Directions

1Layer potato in slow cooker, put diced bacon over top, the grated cheese, pour all cream in

2Cook on low for 5 hours

Any cream but I like to use ‘cooking cream’ so that it never splits ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi are u mean to use thickened cream or just cream?

Try adding 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the cream and mix in before putting it in the slow cooker. Amazing

First ever potato bake I’ve made. Turned out awesome was easy to use recipe. 2 year old loved it (struggle to get him to have 2 bites of food).
