1 kilo of pork rashers
1 clove of garlic diced
1 onion diced
1 can of pineapple pieces and the juice
3/4 cup tomato sauce
3tbsps brown sugar
3 tbsps hosin sauce
1 tsp ginger
1Place pork rashers and onion in slow cooker. Combine everything else together well. Pour over chops and onion.
2Cook on low for 6 hours.
3Leave lid off in the last half a hour so the sauce thickens up
