Directions
1Place apple quarters in slow cooker bowl.
2Add water and spices.
3Cover with a piece of baking paper to ensure they stay covered by liquid.
4Replace lid on slow cooker.
5Cook on high for 1-1.5hrs, until apples are tender.
Notes
1As a dessert serve with poaching syrup and yoghurt or icecream.
2Can also be served for breakfast with yoghurt or cereal.
3Apples will keep for 3-4 days in fridge in a firmly sealed container.

Nice but needs more flavour. Wouldn’t add this much liquid next time either
But nice desert.
