1-2 kg pickled pork
vegetables for roasting
1Prepare and place roasting vegetables on bottom of slow cooker
2Place meat on top.
3Slow cook for 2 hours on high then 4 hours low
4Put some lemon juice over rind and place under grill for about 1/2 an hour.
