1Put 1 cup of rice into the slow cooker.
2Add 2 cups of Boiling water.
3Pinch of salt
4Cook on high for 2 hours.
5Fluff at end

10In really cold environments it can be a cracking risk to add boiling water to a cold ceramic slow cooker bowl. This is easily overcome by using some warm tap water to warm up the bowl a little first, then empty that out, then continue with recipe 🙂
