~~Peanut Butter & Caramel Chocolate Cake~~

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Cups SR Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 teas Baking Powder
  • 2 teas Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Oil (any)
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 100 Gram Block of Caramel Chocolate
  • Topping..
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup of Boiling Water
  • Mix altogether

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together except Chocolate Block.Then spoon cake batter into lined SC.Break up chocolate and arrange around the batter,pushing down a bit on eack block.Then Slowly pour topping over cake batter gently.Place teatowel under lid & cook on HIGH For 2 hrs.My SC is a 3 litre...
