A great way to enhance the good old bolognaise
Certainly "packs a punch" so if you can't handle the heat this is not for you

500g beef mince
3 Tbs tomato paste
1 x 800g tin tomatoes
1 x large onion diced
3 med. Tomatoes diced
6 long chiilies(3 red/3 green) diced seeds & all
6 garlic cloves crushed.....increase/decrease to your liking
Salt/pepper to taste
1Using my Breville 6 litre searing slowcooker on “gentle” sear I browned mince adding tomato paste a few minutes in then after a little longer added the onion & chillies then lastly the fresh tomato
2Once browned I added the tinned tomatoes with salt/pepper to taste
3Cook on low 4 hours
4Could lessen chilli amount if wanted~Seeds also optional
5Would work great with lamb or chicken mince too
6Serve with spaghetti
