1 sheet frozen shortcrust pastry, defrosted

1 brown onion finely diced

1 cup diced ham

300mL cream (or milk)

5 eggs

3/4 cup grated cheese


1 Line slow cooker with pastry.


3Add onion and ham.


5Whisk eggs and cream together then pour over onion and ham.


7Sprinkle cheese on top then cook on low overnight (5hrs)


9When done, cool with tea towel under the lid.
