1 bag frozen hash browns
6 thick beef sausages ( I lightly browned them and then sliced long ways)
6 diced shallots
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper. ( I add spices too sometimes)
1Spray your slow cooker.
2Place half the frozen hash browns on the bottom of a large slow cooker.
3Layer half the sausage , half the cheeses and half the onions . Then repeat , hash browns ,sausage , cheeses and onions.
4Whisk together eggs, milk and salt and pepper , drizzle over the top.
5Cook on low 8 hours overnight.
