50 grams butter
1 table spoon finely grated orange rind.
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup self raising flour
2 tablespoons poppyseeds
1/3 cup milk
1Preheat heat sc and line with baking paper.
2Mix altogether and put a tea towel under the lid!
3Cook on high for 2hrs

My variant on this is to use 8 g of skim milk powder and 1/3 cup orange juice, from the orange I grated to get the orange rind instead of 1/3 cup of milk.
