white choc 420 g
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 a bag of candy melts red or red food gel ( to your likeness )
1 to 2 tbs. of cocoa powder
white choc 20g
1Put 420g of white choc, condensed milk, candy melts and butter in the SC for approximately 1hr, stirring every 10 to 15 min
2Last 15 min stir in cocoa powder well
3Pour into a greased tin
4Melt the last of the white choc in the microwave for decoration
5Drizzle on top of the fudge the swirl
6Let cool then put in the fridge to set
