This curry is quite mild but full flavoured suitable for the whole family
6 hrs 15 mins
1.2 kg chicken thighs
1 diced onion
1tin of diced tomato’s
About 150 to 200 gms of korma curry paste
2 tbls of balsamic vinegar
2 tbls of brown sugar
About 1/2 hour before finishing add
1/2cup of coconut milk and 1 tbls of gravox chicken gravy powder
1Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and place on low for 6 hours
21/2 hour before the meal is ready add 1tbls of gravox chicken gravy powder and 1/2 cup of coconut milk

Yum, yum, yum!! Absolutely devine. Full of flavour and devoured by everyone.

This was absolutely delicious, so full of flavour. I cut up chicken into large chunks, 4 hours on high. Topped with a few cashew nuts when served. Thanks for the recipe, it’s a keeper!
