1Brown mince and onions, add salsa sauce and taco seasoning,
2Add 1/2 pkt of corn chips to bottom of sc , top with mince, then grated cheese to cover mince, and then the last of the chips crushed for the top,
3Cook on low for 1.5hrs
4To serve finish with a dollop of sour cream
