1Place chopped cauliflower florets in slow cooker
2Add 3 cups of warm water (not too hot) to bowl to cover cauliflower
3I used a 1.5L slow cooker for this recipe but you could cook it in larger slow cookers, it just may cook faster 🙂
4Cook on high for 2hrs or until fork tender
6Transfer to large bowl, add butter, mash well and serve
7A great low carb alternative to mashed potato
