  • Yields: 18 cups

Ingredients

1 packet red lentils

1 cup brown rice (omit for grain free)

1 kg frozen veg (broccoli, carrots, beans & cauliflower)

1/2 bag frozen spinach

1 kg sweet potato

700g potato

700g pumpkin

Garlic (as require based on dog weight)

Kelp (as required based on dogs weight)

4-5 cups of water

2 large cans tuna wiith spring water

Directions

1Add lentil, rice, garlic, kelp and water first

2Layer on frozen veg

3Finally add fresh veg

4Cook on high around 5 hours

5After cooking add tuna

6I serve with high quality grain free dry food and raw meat and eggs! if your dog doesn't like raw, add meat at the start and eggs last 30 minutes

8This mix makes 18 cups, which I feed a 1/2 cup each evening with 1/2 Cup protein and 1 cup dry food

Not that we have ever heard no 🙂
It’s because everyone thinks their way is the only way so fight and carry on about what is and isn’t allowed to be fed to their animals and thus everyone’s animals. So we ask folks to do what’s right for THEM 🙂 Simple that way to stop all the nonsense.

Does anyone know how much is “1 packet of lentils?” Ounces of dry lentils would be good.
