EmailTweet 2 Full-screen Lemon meringue fudge Fudge September 20, 2014 Lemon meringue fudge 0 0 5 0 Prep: 5 mins Cook: 1 hr 5 mins 1 hr 1 hr 5 mins Ingredients500g white chocolate, 1 tin condensed milk, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract oil or lemon bakery emulsion, yellow gel or powder colouring, 1 cup meringue pieces Directions1Combine first 4 ingredients in slow cooker on LOW 2Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour. 3Stir through meringue pieces and place in lined tin. 4Decorate top with extra meringue pieces if desired. 5Refrigerate till set.
