1Line slow cooker or pie dish with pastry.
2In a bowl beat eggs and cream.
3Add all other ingredients and then pour into pastry base.
4Top with grated cheese.
5Cook for 2-3hrs on high
6You could use any leftovers you have- ham, roast meat and vegetables, etc.
7I used a teatowel under the lid for the last hour.
