Rich and hearty and full of flavour. This recipe and simple and sure to impress your family or friends
8 hrs 15 mins
1 jar of tomato Passata (found in Italian section of supermarket)
1x jar of Bolognese sauce (I used garden vegetable)
1 star anise
1tsp sweet paprika
2tbs dark soy sauce
2tsp sugar of choice
2x cups of beef stock
2x carrots peeled and chopped
Season salt and pepper
1Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until lamb is tender
2If the sauce is about runny mix 2tbs or cornflour with 2tbs of water and add to your sauce to thicken.
3This is lovely served with wilted spinach or steamed greens and mashed potato

So yummy! Sauce rich, full of flavour and delicious! Meat falling off the bone! Will defiantly be making this again!!!
