Ingredients

2 carrot, chopped

1 brown onion, sliced

1 large celery stick, chopped

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

1 large good quality lamb chops

2 dried bay leaves

1 tablespoon Italian herbs

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

410g tomato purée

1 teaspoon brown sugar

Parmesan, shaved, to serve

Directions

1Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low with lid on 8-10hrs.

2Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

3Serve with mash potato
