EmailTweet 5 Full-screen Kickin Sausage Hotpot Sausages November 20, 2017 Kickin Sausage Hotpot 0 0 5 0 A very spicy Sausage Hotpot, easy to prep, cook, versatile for serving Prep: 15 mins Cook: 8 hrs 15 mins 8 hrs 8 hrs 15 mins Yields: 8-10 servings Ingredients6 thick gourmet beef sausages 6 thin bbq sausages 150g bacon pieces 2 onions 2 tsps minced garlic 3 chillis, chopped 1 packet Masterfoods Sausage Hotpot sc sauce 1 bottle Beerenberg pepper shot bbq sauce 2 cups water dash of Worcestershire sauce 1 x 800g packet frozen vegies (or thereabouts) Directions1Brown sausages , set aside to cool then chop them as you as you wish 2Brown the onion and each 30 seconds add onion, bacon, chilli, garlic and Worcestershire sauce 3Add chopped snags to 6.5l sc 4Add browned veg to sc 5Pour frozen veg into sc 6Mix sauce packet, bbq sauce and water 7Pour into sc and gently stir to mix 8Cook on low 8 hours 9Served with wedges but would also be great with potato or cauli mashes, and / or crusty bread rolls Submitted by Darren Comley close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Cancel reply Your comment/review...All fields are required to submit a review.Your name ...
