EmailTweet 9 Full-screen Jumbuck stew Lamb February 18, 2016 Jumbuck stew 0 0 5 0 Prep: 15 mins Cook: 4 hrs 15 mins 4 hrs 4 hrs 15 mins Yields: 4 to 6 Ingredients1kg lamb chops Flour Salt Pepper 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 onion (sliced) 1 table spoon vinegar 2 table spoon tomato sauce 2 table spoon Worcestershire sauce 1 table spoon brown sugar 1 cup of stock Directions1Add flour ,salt,pepper and to bag and coat the lamb chops! 2Cut up onion place the chops and onion into slow cooker. 3Mix the vinegar,tomato sauce, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce,brown sugar and stick together.. 4Place the sauce into the slow cook and leave it! 5Cook for at least 4 hours on HIGH! Notes 1We usually have with mash potato and vegies 🙂 2This has a bit of a bite to it! 3The kids and I love jumbuck stew it's an old family fav!!
