1Mix all ingredients together,
2Spray mugs with oil spray,
3Add 1 cup of boiling water to Sc.
4Add jam just enough to cover bottom of mug then add mixture to just under 1/2 way.
5Cook with teatowel under the lid - 2 to 3hrs on high
6You can add jam and cream to top when cake is done, or turn cake out of mug and add to a bowl
8(optional ideas instead of jam, pieces of choc put in middle of mixture, honey, syrup)
