700g blade steak
130g chorizo sliced
100g sliced mushrooms
1 Tablespoon freshly chopped Basil
1 teaspoon freshly chopped Oregano
1 teaspoon freshly chopped Thyme
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
100g diced capsicum
1Layer ingredients into slow cooker bowl as listed EXCEPT capsicum.
2Place cooker lid on.
3Turn cooker on HIGH for 4 hours.
1Add capsicum 1/2 hour before cook end time.
2Replace lid and finish cook time.
1Remove steak using flat lifter.
2Serve with fresh vegetables or healthy salad.
3Omit capsicum if desired. I used it as an extra flavour gusto.
