Ingredients

1Kg or so potatoes depending on size of slow cooker

1 good size bunch of italian flat leaf parsley

1/4 Cup oil

Directions

1Put slow cooker on and add oil, and peeled and quatered potatoes

3Blend parsley,add to potatoes and toss together

5Cover with tea towel and cook till tender - 4-6 hrs low
