Hot Spicy Apricot Lamb

Bit spicy for young kids, but honestly not too hot

Ingredients
 

  • 1Kg lamb offcuts
  • 45g pkt french onion soup
  • 400ml can of apricot nectar
  • Large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Few celery sticks
  • Pineapple sage bunch
  • Tbs tumeric
  • Tsp paprika
  • Tsp garam masala
  • Half tsp ginger
  • Tsp chilli powder
  • Tbs curry powder.
  • Served on pasta with greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Brown onion, garlic, celery and lamb.
  • Add all other ingredients, except yogurt.
  • Slow cook on low for 5 and a half hours
  • Add a dollop of yoghurt to serve
