EmailTweet 5 Full-screen Honey/Mustard Shredded Chicken Chicken April 24, 2015 Honey/Mustard Shredded Chicken 0 0 5 0 Cook: 3 hrs 50 mins 3 hrs 50 mins 3 hrs 50 mins Yields: 2-4 People Ingredients3 chicken breasts 1 and 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce (or 1 cup mustard and 1/4 cup honey) 5 medium sized mushrooms (optional) 1 onion little bit of dry parsley or fresh 2 cloves garlic chopped few slices of cut bacon 2 tablespoons Worcestershire (optional) 1/3 cup vegetable broth / stock Cornflour +water Directions1Fry bacon, mushrooms and garlic in a fry pan and set aside 2Add chicken breasts to slow cooker, no browning needed 3Pour over honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable broth 4Add sliced onion, sprinkle with parsley 5Cook for 3 hours 50 minutes on low 6When 30 minutes is left of cooking time, take chicken out and shred it then put back in sauce add mushrooms, bacon and garlic and stir 7Cook last 10-15 minutes turn on high and add cornflour/water mix and cook with lid off until sauce thickens 8Enjoy 🙂 Submitted by Linda Sagen close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Cancel reply Your comment/review...All fields are required to submit a review.Your name ...
