A super simple and tasty potato side dish with the favourite flavours of honey & mustard 🙂

500g washed baby whole potatoes

1 tsp oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

Salt & cracked black pepper

Baking paper


1Cover bottom of slow cooker with baking paper

2Cut washed baby potatoes in quarters and add to cooker

3Add oil, honey and mustard, and season generously with salt & pepper

4Stir to coat potatoes well

5Cook on high for 2hrs

6Cooked in my 5L Breville Flavour Maker slow cooker

I made these last night. Found I had to cook mine a bit longer, but wow. So nice, I will definitely be making these regularly!

Simply delicious potatoes!!! Easy, yummy and just a handful of ingredients needed 😁 These were o yummy, we will definitely make this a regular side to meals at our place 😊☺ Perfect potatoes Paulene 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I did cook mine for 3hrs because I used a slower slow cooker 🙂

Lovely, I baked in hot oven for the last half hour to crisp the potatoes.

Some non stick spray may do it 🙂

Lovely side dish. Zesty mistard flavour & subtly sweet honey. I used my 3.5l Sunbeam SC for 3hr high (anout 700g) & finished them off by browning in oven for approx.15-20m. Delish!
