Leg of Lamb
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Whole Grain Mustard Seeds
1Stuff lamb with garlic cloves sliced
3Add enough water to fill the base of the slow cooker, make a small ball of al-foil and place the roast on top.
5On the top of the roast smear with honey coating the whole top.
7Repeat with whole grain mustard seed on top of the honey.
9Cook on low for minimum 5 hours.
11Remove the al-foil and cook in juices for three hours.
13Remove from juices and serve with gravy made from the juices

You don’t wrap in foil. This recipe creator just has the roast elevated from the bottom on foil. You can skip the foil all together if you prefer

It says 8 hours cook. I would assume 5hours with foil and 3 without

I read it as 8hrs total I believe 🙂
Just wondering is this 8 hours in total or 2 hours with foil and 3 hours without?

I can see how that’s confusing :/
However as Natasha has specified a total cooking time of 5hrs I’m thinking she means 2 then 3hrs?
Will reach out to her to help clarify though 🙂
Um, so, is that five hours in the foil followed by three hours without foil, for a total of eight hours? Or is it five in total with two in the foil and three out of it?
