1Combine brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.
2Place frozen meatballs in slow cooker and pour sauce over meatballs. Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly.
34 hours on Low in a 3-4 quart (L) slow cooker. If you are home, stir a couple of times…if not, no worries.
4Use as an appetizer or serve over rice for a meal.
61 serving is 3 meatballs for 11 Points Plus (Pro Points). I found that 1 1/2 meatballs with 1/2 cup rice was plenty totaling 9 PP.
8Regular brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and hamburger (mince) can be used but would affect the Weight Watcher points.
