1.5kg pork roast

1 tsp garlic

1 Tbsp parsley

1 tinned apricot halves in juice

1 apple diced

1/4 pkt french onion soup

1 tsp ginger

1/4 cup honey

Gravox to thicken (I used chicken)


1Place everything into slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours and low for 4 hours.

2Take out meat and place in a hot oven for approximately 1 hour or until crackle is done.

3Puree the sauce and thicken with some gravox.

4Serve with your fav roast veg
